Sleep is vital for the health, well-being, and success of teens, yet many struggle to get the restful, restorative sleep they need. Many children and Young People can struggle with sleep and anxiety throughout their childhood. As a Holistic Sleep Coach, I offer personalised guidance to help teenagers and their families address the root causes of sleep challenges, improve sleep quality, and create sustainable sleep habits for long-term success. 

When working with this age group, it's important to involve them in any decisions and plans made, relevant to their age and understanding, to help give them some autonomy and ownership over their sleep.

  • Family Involvement - I work closely with parents to ensure that the entire household is aligned and involved in the process. From creating a peaceful sleep environment to helping your teen manage stress, I’ll guide you through every step.
